: A Weinstein Properties Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies across an assigned regional portfolio to maximize revenue, occupancy, and overall asset performance.

The Revenue Manager serves as the primary revenue management partner for regional and property leadership, combining market expertise, portfolio analysis, and property-level insights to guide pricing and operational decisions.

This role supports an assigned geographic region and requires frequent travel throughout the market to develop a deep understanding of property operations, customer demand, competitive conditions, and market trends.

Regular property visits are an essential part of the position and help ensure pricing strategies align with operational execution and local market dynamics.

The Revenue Manager is a full-time role and reports to the Director of Revenue.
