You are a detail-oriented, organized individual with analytical skills who can pull, understand, and report on business metrics.
You have experience with enterprise HR systems (JazzHR, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc).
Responsibilities
Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
May be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, terminations, and handling grievances..
Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees and providing Weekly and Monthly reports of team members attendance to staff
Guiding the Tech Leads and managers on how to address performance in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices.
Taking the surveys in order to understand their engagement level and accordingly take actions.
Handling PF and government accounts, etc.
