Requirements
OCP Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing
OCP Injection Certification – current certification and first aid
Nice to have:
Must have previous retail pharmacy experience
Kroll proficiency and EMR experience an asset

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Pharmacy Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, while practicing to the full scope by providing diabetes counseling, training, education, comprehensive medication assessments, and dispensing services for patients
The Pharmacy Manager will ensure compliance with company policies as well as provincial and federal pharmacy regulations, while meeting all requirements as a Designated Manager with OCP
Manage and train other pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy students
Work with the Operations Manager and Director of Pharmacy to meet key financial and performance metrics
Collaborate with endocrinologists and other clinic colleagues to provide the best care to patients
Stay current with diabetes guidelines and best practices to deliver evidence-based care
