Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Indirect (Software)

8+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of software/SaaS and legal contracts

Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or related industry

Well-versed in TCO analysis to ensure data-driven analytics tied to component and supplier selection, in a product-based ecosystem

Strategic thinker, experienced putting together commodities strategy/roadmap with key engineering stakeholders

Proven leadership in driving and influencing other teams to a common goal.

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect Software is the domain expert in dedicated Software/SaaS commodities for Anduril Industries.

This role will be responsible for developing new supplier and new sourcing partnerships that can be incorporated into new infrastructure/products, as well as existing infrastructure/products to improve their technologies, cost, and quality.

This hire will work with the broader internal cross functional teams to evaluate the opportunities, while ensuring commercial agreements, intellectual property, and statement of works are accurate and well established prior to pipelining.

Develop and execute category strategies for Software/SaaS commodities, focusing on cost optimization, contract standardization, scalability, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience.

End-to-end sourcing responsibility from requirements gathering and RFI/RFQ/RFP management to supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.

Act as the sourcing expert for the Software/SaaS commodity.
