Responsibilities

The Assembler plays a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and glass products. This hands-on position involves assembling window systems, installing components, applying sealants, and inspecting finished units for quality. Assemblers work on flow line and bench production stations, contributing to a collaborative team environment where safety, precision, and quality are paramount.

Set up production stations according to job specifications.

Operate air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components.

Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames.

Use tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass.

Fabricate and hang sashes.
