Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hardworking, driven leader with superb energy, passion and initiative to lead a highly talented Department of Defense (DoD) sales team. The DoD Account Executive Team concentrates exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within the Department of Defense & Military Health, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

As the Regional Director with a focus on recruitment, enablement and execution for the DoD Sales team, you will drive revenue and assure the continued successful trajectory of the territory. Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of MongoDB products to confidently provide mentorship for your DoD Account Executive team

Enable, develop, and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build pipeline across complex DoD organizations (e.g., services, combatant commands, defense agencies)

Team

Actively recruit Account Executives for your team, according to MongoDB’s hiring criteria

Onboard and ramp new Account Executives and accelerate their productive capacity

Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities

Run weekly forecast meetings and maintain a high standard of operational rigor

Scale, strategically plan, and develop territories and account coverage across the Department of Defense
