Responsibilities
The Vice President of Integration is responsible for leading enterprise-wide M&A integration efforts across Loenbro’s rapidly growing portfolio of businesses. This executive will develop and execute the strategic roadmap for integrating processes, systems, and operations across existing business units while ensuring newly acquired companies are successfully incorporated into Loenbro’s operating model. This role plays a critical part in supporting Loenbro’s continued growth by ensuring the organization operates as a cohesive and scalable enterprise. The VP of Integration will partner closely with IT and business leaders to perform target due diligence and support process evaluation and improvement initiatives while owning the planning, coordination, and successful execution of integration efforts across the company. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has deep experience leading complex integration initiatives, large-scale change management, and post-merger integrations within construction, industrial services, or similar field-based industries.
M&A Integration Leadership
Own the planning and execution of all post-acquisition integration activities.
Develop and maintain a standardized integration playbook to support the onboarding of newly acquired companies.
Lead the coordination of integration efforts across functional areas including operations, finance, HR, and IT.
