About the Company
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Analyst to drive the growth of our acquisition channels, with a focus on bringing new providers into Grow’s network. You’ll own acquisition touchpoints that attract, engage, and convert prospective providers - from running paid campaigns to supporting referral programs and job listings. You’ll balance operational precision with creative execution to ensure every marketing initiative is optimized to hit performance goals.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive and support on various marketing initiatives and operational needs across both client and provider acquisition. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners as well as manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver measurable results with speed.
The best fit for this role will question assumptions and dig deeper when numbers don't add up, rather than accepting surface-level explanations. You’ll balance attention to detail with a bias toward action - you ship experiments quickly, learn fast, and iterate. You're excited by the challenge of unlocking growth in competitive markets where traditional tactics may be saturated, and energized by mission-driven work.
