Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s or college degree in business and/or technical related field or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of customer support and/or data entry experience is required.
Ability to work with in-house validation and order management tools.
Knowledge of Windows and Office products.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Validation Specialist I to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Validation Specialist I manages the day-to-day handling of validation certificate orders. This individual conducts online research to verify customer organizations applying for a certificate, authenticates organization’s contact details, and reviews, audits, and issues certificate orders while working closely with Sectigo’s certificate customer base and internal teams, as well as answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Please Note: The Reporting Manager and the Work Arrangement requirements may be modified and redesigned based on business needs to ensure operational flexibility and organizational effectiveness.
This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Ottawa office 5 days a week.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Validation Specialist I.
This role offers a compensation range of $40,000–$50,000, based on individual achievement and aligned with internal equity and relevant experience.
