Requirements

4 years of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience including designing and implementing solutions tailored to meet needs of client specific requirements for setting up account/contact relationships, maintaining insurance policy information of account holders, and building workflows to support New Business Case Management process.

4 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience including Salescloud, Salesforce FSL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Compensation & Benefits

$107,450.00 USD - $199,550.00 USD

Responsibilities

Support development of transformation roadmap for organization’s Global High Net Worth (GHNW) business across business operations.

Liaise with business partners to determine business needs, goals and objectives, and analyze complex IT issues;

Analyze sophisticated/complex problems and understand business and technical goals and objectives;

Conduct root cause analysis to develop IT solutions;

Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Team to translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and detailed User Stories;

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical solutions and product increments conform with business needs;
