Senior IT Business Consultant

Develop new processes and upgrade existing workflows aligned with organization’s IT and business strategies;

Understand testing requirements and build and support test planning and execution to validate system solutions meet business requirements;

Identify emerging market and industry trends; and

Participate in communities of practice to bring industry standard methodologies to teams.

4 years of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience including designing and implementing solutions tailored to meet needs of client specific requirements for setting up account/contact relationships, maintaining insurance policy information of account holders, and building workflows to support New Business Case Management process.

4 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience including Salescloud, Salesforce FSL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

$107,450.00 USD - $199,550.00 USD
