Experience managing and developing software engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment.

Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building and shipping production systems.

A track record of leading complex technical initiatives while balancing people leadership, technical judgment, and execution.

You’ve helped scale an engineering organization or product through significant growth.

You’ve built AI-powered products using LLMs or worked with search technologies such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

As Juicebox’s first Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team building products that thousands of recruiting teams rely on every day.

You’ll partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features while helping engineers grow and do their best work.

You’ll coach engineers, lead complex initiatives, and help shape our engineering culture while staying involved in architecture and key technical decisions.

Our stack includes Next.js, React, Node.js, OpenSearch, AWS, SQS, Spark, and a range of inference providers and LLMs.
