3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation or industrial engineering
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
Experience with robotics integration and industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities
As an Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy automation systems that scale production of advanced defense hardware.
You will play a critical role in building and optimizing manufacturing lines, integrating robotics and control systems, and driving efficiency across production processes.
This role requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-pace environment and is passionate about building reliable, high-performance manufacturing systems from the ground up.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems, including robotics, conveyors, vision systems, and integrated industrial equipment to support high-performance production.
Develop and maintain industrial control systems architecture, including PLC/HMI programming, industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet), safety systems, and integration with SCADA/MES platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and robust version control.
Analyze production workflows to identify automation opportunities and drive improvements in throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.
