5+ years of Workday full-cycle implementation experience

3+ years experience as an EM/PM in Public Sector, managing multiple, concurrent Workday deployments for state or local agencies

Strong knowledge of Workday delivery methodology, governance, and best practices

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Workday Engagement Manager

to join our delivery leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of Workday implementation programs across HCM, Payroll, and Financials for our public sector clients. You will serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with Meridian’s methodology, governance, and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client executive stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
