The ideal applicant should have a strong track record of developing complex solutions using Python and demonstrate a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices.

Experience in communicating with senior leadership to manage infrastructure costs, enable shared capabilities and manage security risks.

Experience implementing AI-driven dev environments

The range for base pay is $170,000 - $210,000 which is dependent on level of experience

Build and drive day-to-day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high performing engineers

Build and deliver incrementally with a multi-quarter roadmap that drives operational excellence, scalability and reliability.

Provide technical expertise and leadership across cloud infrastructure, developer operations and experience, security, and compliance (including SOC 2).

Influence best practices for software engineers on your team and ensure the operational excellence of high-stake services.

This includes regular reviews and updates to meet evolving requirements and security standards.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams, customers and company leaders to enable sustainable, reliable growth.
