Requirements
College Degree required or equivalent work experience and license.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Human Services, or the Health Care field is highly desirable.
2+ years of prior related work experience functioning in a similar healthcare management role, within a similar industry/work environment is essential.

Job Description
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm + on call availability
Responsibilities
The Director of Health Services (DHS) leads the overall implementation of clinical health and wellness services in the community.
The DHS serves as a liaison between families, hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other related service agencies to provide quality care to MBK Senior Living residents.
The DHS collaborates with the Director of Sales and the Executive Director (ED) to set the stage for MBK Senior Living to become the senior living provider of choice.
Additionally, the DHS is responsible for coordinating care with outside agencies, communicating with families, managing a clinical team, and developing personalized plans of care for residents’ needs, then communicating them to the care team.
Interview, hire, train, set performance goals and timelines, monitor performance, and provide coaching for Medication Technicians.
Conduct and/or approve routinely scheduled re-assessments and change of condition assessments promptly.
