Mechanical Millwright, 433A License (Toronto Airport, Baggage Handling System)

with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial setting, preferably working with baggage handling systems or automated material handling equipment

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on the material handling system at Toronto Pearson Airport.

The work performed falls under the direct supervision of the Residential Services Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager or Shift Supervisor.

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in the material handling system

Reset system errors caused by luggage, equipment, or operator issues

Assist engineers with fault diagnostics and routine maintenance tasks

Perform scheduled maintenance and clean equipment and surrounding areas
