Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector or a similar mission-driven environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and using financial software.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and GL systems (Intacct) are a plus.
Knowledge: Understanding of nonprofit financial principles, including restricted and unrestricted funding, grant reporting, and compliance requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. Salary ranges at KIPP are set based upon the role level and function using benchmarks in the education and non-profit sector and allow for growth within the role. Individual compensation will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: relevant professional experience and qualifications; education, skills and training; and market conditions.

Responsibilities
KIPP TEAM & Family Schools is looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. Our FP&A Manager will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic planning efforts of the organization.
This position will work closely with the Managing Director of Finance and other budget managers to develop budgets, forecast future financial outcomes, and provide insightful financial analyses.
The FP&A Manager serves as the point person for internal stakeholders for all finance tools, data, and the processes associated with building and maintaining budgets.
This person also provides direct analytical and project execution support to our finance team and other organizational leaders.
The FP&A Manager will play a critical role within the finance team that supports in setting the strategy for our financial health, sustainability, and growth of a $300M+ organization, as we work to advance our mission.
A successful FP&A Manager will support all of our schools and centralized functions across our four cities in two states, and also will collaborate closely with accounting, compliance, human resources, grants, development (fundraising), purchasing, and regional operations teams.
