Responsibilities

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing plant calibration, COA, raw material and finished goods records, work with process experts to reduce variation on finished goods and raw materials, and assisting with meeting operational and financial business objectives.

Collaborate with Operations and process engineering to optimize finished good performance through formulation changes, and process changes

Manage quality data and testing frequency to understand, improve, and define quality control through the process and products

Perform routine measurement system analysis (MSA) for the plant.

Take action based on testing results

The Quality Engineer will lead the execution of Quality Improvement projects using standard PI tools such as MVT/DOE, and Kepner Tregoe PSDM.
