Client Services Business Analyst - Healthcare Data

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required, preferred in a healthcare or pharmaceutical space

3–5 years of experience with SQL Server, data integration, ETL development, and data validation techniques.

Strong command of data storytelling and the ability to explain complex logic to diverse audiences.

We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Business Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for building trusted partnerships across data, marketing, and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining complex healthcare data systems while serving as a strategic liaison between technical data work and business-facing clients.

Design, develop, and sustain data systems using SQL/T-SQL and related technologies to support analytic readiness across complex healthcare datasets.

Serve as a subject matter expert on client datasets, maintaining full lifecycle documentation and quality assurance protocols for both recurring reports and new implementations

Collaborate regularly with marketing clients, project management, client services, and quality assurance teams to align data strategy with business objectives.

Effectively communicate technical outcomes into clear, business-relevant insights tailored for marketers, client teams, and executive audiences.
