Responsibilities

Anduril is hiring a Principal Radar Engineer to architect and deliver next-generation space-based radar systems that will redefine orbital ISR and tactical sensing.

We're building software-defined RF payloads designed to break free from traditional satellite development timelines, and we need engineers who can operate at the intersection of advanced electromagnetics, real-time signal processing, and autonomous space operations.

Depending on your level and fit, you'll lead a high-performing radar engineering team, direct cross-functional groups spanning payload development and mission software, or own a broader technical portfolio integrating space-based sensors with Anduril's C2 infrastructure.

These roles combine hands-on technical leadership with people management and customer engagement, driving complex space programs from concept through launch to on-orbit operations.

More senior candidates will additionally own multi-team strategy, executive-level customer relationships, and portfolio-scale outcomes.
