Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
High School diploma or GED required. Degree and/or certification in industrial engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent a plus.
Industrial experience in manufacturing process development preferred.
Experience in configuration management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or other similar type systems.
RFID experience and hands-on experience with AIDC systems preferred.
Background in discrete manufacturing a must, either Ind. Eng. or production scheduling, etc.

Responsibilities
The RFID Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RFID systems. The primary focus will be to ensure proper implementation of RFID technology in a manufacturing setting. You will work closely with the IT team to integrate RFID systems with existing infrastructure and provide technical support to end-users. at the Grants Pass MBC Plant as and manages the health and wellbeing of the RFID system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain RFID systems, including hardware and software components.
Troubleshoot and diagnose RFID system issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Create and update online documentation & Knowledge Base to assist in setup.
Understand / communicate complex configuration scenarios both internally and externally.
