Responsibilities
Develop and enforce regional safety policies and training programs.
Conduct site audits, inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate safety records and analyze safety data.
Partner with leadership and regulatory agencies to improve safety performance.
Coordinate and oversee safety training programs for all employees within the region, including but not limited to, emergency response, hazardous material handling, and equipment safety.
