Requirements
Lead cross-functional teams spanning mechanical, electrical, firmware, industrial design, test, and manufacturing engineering
Plan and manage prototype and production builds, including materials, logistics, and factory readiness
Oversee board and flex releases, system integration, and validation testing (DVT/PVT/MP builds)
Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to drive DFM/DFT reviews, yield improvement, and issue resolution
Maintain clear build plans, risk registers, and program dashboards; proactively manage schedule and resource risks
Serve as the primary interface between Redwood engineering teams and external manufacturing partners

Responsibilities
We are seeking a
Hardware Technical Program Manager (TPM)
to lead the development, testing, and manufacturing of complex, box-level electronics assemblies. You will own program execution from concept through production, coordinating across hardware engineering, validation, supply chain, and operations. This role is about making sure our hardware — from circuit boards and flex assemblies to enclosures, connectors, and integrated box builds — is designed for reliability, tested thoroughly, and built to scale.
Must maintain regular and punctual attendance in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
