Requirements

Knowledge of engineering design standards and applicable natural gas industry codes and regulations must stay current on technology, industry standards and material

Minimum six (6) years of experience leading capital projects in the energy industry, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk management, contractor oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Natural gas pipeline industry experience

Integrity project experience

Knowledge of FERC process a plus.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for leading the execution of Capital Projects to accomplish stated Company objectives.

Manage project lifecycle activities including scope definition, budget, schedule, execution, and reporting functions in accordance with TC Energy’s Project Delivery Standard

Ensure close and effective coordination with all internal stakeholder groups, including environment, regulatory, land, operations, engineering, legal, and quality among others

Ensure development of appropriate Project Execution Plan including strategies for both the development and implementation phases of the project

Provide input to and support regulatory application and permits specific to facilities and pipeline portfolio

Ensure Contractor performance is monitored and measured against contract terms and conditions
