Compensation & Benefits
The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.00/ hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for meeting production goals/quality, machine operation and set up, delegation of labor, leading a team and ensuring enough of the proper materials are staged at the machine. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment (different type of equipment varying from 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag). Additionally, fulfills the job duties of a Material Handler 1 as required.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload material into machine. Material Handler duties and responsibilities as required.
Perform and validate proper machine component set up.
Applies troubleshooting skills for various machine components. Make minor non-mechanical adjustments, such as jams and machine calibration to ensure safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
