Responsibilities
The Sales Director, will be responsible for building, leading, and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth by attracting new contractors and merchants to offer their customers Upgrade's payment options. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, building and managing high-performing teams, and contributing to the overall go-to-market strategy.
Build, lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed sales targets.
Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to acquire new home improvement contractors.
Oversee the team's end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives.
