Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in programmatic advertising and DSP operations, with the ability to translate complex technology into strategic value for agencies and brands.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, capable of influencing product, marketing, and client services teams to align on go-to-market priorities and accelerate results.
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and convey a clear point of view to both internal and external stakeholders.

Own revenue and activation results
, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and sales excellence.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
in partnership with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and other cross-functional stakeholders — including vertical identification, product ideation, and commercialization planning.
