Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Deep expertise in programmatic advertising and DSP operations, with the ability to translate complex technology into strategic value for agencies and brands.

Strong cross-functional leadership skills, capable of influencing product, marketing, and client services teams to align on go-to-market priorities and accelerate results.

Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and convey a clear point of view to both internal and external stakeholders.
