Responsibilities
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be the engine behind our revenue data and go-to-market systems. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations & Engineering, you will bridge the gap between our raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring our Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams have the tools and insights they need to scale. You will be the primary steward of our tech stack and own the source of truth for our performance metrics, serving as an operational bedrock of all revenue growth at Afresh.
Systems Architecture & Maintenance:
Manage and optimize the RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring high data integrity and seamless synchronization across platforms.
Performance Insight & Reporting:
Build, maintain, and interpret centralized KPI dashboards, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in our pipeline.
