Responsibilities
Accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities.
Provide operational oversight of attorneys and use their respective calendars to schedule depositions, contact court, work with defense counsel to set dates, sending out demands on time, and keep cases moving forward with little oversight
Potential to audit attorney/staff tasks and establish, enable, and execute additional processes to ensure operationally everything is working proactively and and efficiently.
Ensuring attorney cases are filed within 90 days
Setting deadlines for attorneys and following up to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in the preparation and trial of lawsuits by ensuring attorneys are following all steps to push cases forward
