Responsibilities
Diagnose, lead, and oversee the repair and installation of heating and cooling systems while guiding both customers and team members to confident, high-quality outcomes.
As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will set the standard for technical excellence, customer experience, and team performance at Plumbing Systems Inc.
Lead and perform advanced HVAC diagnostics, service, and installation on residential and light commercial systems.
Serve as the on-site technical expert, supporting and guiding technicians and apprentices.
Establish strong customer rapport and confidently recommend the right products and services.
Ask strategic lifestyle and system-use questions to accurately troubleshoot system issues.
