Responsibilities
Role: BDC Representative, EV Retail
Handle high-volume inbound leads from EV buyers and sellers (phone, SMS, email, chat)
Qualify customers and understand their needs, timeline, and budget
Set high-quality appointments for Sales and Supply teams
Re-engage cold and dormant leads through structured follow-up cadences
Educate customers on Ever’s EV buying and selling process
