Performs electrical service and work related to infrastructure implementation and O&M for CELs or telecommunication shelters, including electrical circuits, panels, grounding/bonding systems, UPS, and PDUs.

Ensures electrical, grounding, and bonding components and testing comply with the most recent applicable DoD, Federal, state, and local codes, host base regulations, or host nation electrical standards.

Ensures all electrical and grounding work is completed accurately and in compliance with standards.
