Requirements
5+ years of manufacturing‑focused electrical product engineering experience
Strong experience with electrical schematics, wiring/harness design, wire‑kit documentation, and BOM commonization
Experience supporting product transfers, NPI, factory launches, or production issue resolution
Background in industrial power equipment, control panels, UL‑regulated products, or complex electromechanical assemblies strongly preferred

Responsibilities
Electrical Product Engineer
Support manufacturing‑focused electrical product engineering with an emphasis on product transfers, new product introduction (NPI), and production readiness
Develop and update electrical schematics, wiring/harness designs, wire‑kit documentation, and manufacturing‑ready BOMs
Drive electrical DFMA improvements, BOM commonization, and design simplification across product lines
Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve production issues and ensure smooth factory launches
Maintain accurate engineering documentation, drawings, and change records using electrical CAD and document‑control systems
