Associate, Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or closely related quantitative field, plus three (3) years of experience conducting strategic operational and business analysis for renewable energy engineering projects.

3 years of experience performing financial modeling and valuation for engineering and/or energy storage projects;

3 years of experience navigating MS Excel (including VBA) and discounted cashflow models;

3 years of experience utilizing MS Office suite (including but not limited to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS OneNote, etc.) as well as Arcadia Signal, and SAP; and

2 years of experience understanding power market fundamentals, including regulated and de-regulated energy markets, including NY-ISO, PJM, MISO, ERCOT, SPP, CAISO, WECC, etc.
