Salesforce Administrator

3\u20135 years of experience administering Salesforce in a business environment or as a consultant.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including standard and custom objects, security model, profiles, permission sets, record types, and page layouts.

Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.

Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.

Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and understanding of REST APIs and data synchronization concepts.

Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support daily business operations.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable, declarative Salesforce solutions.

Optimize business processes through automation, system enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.

Manage user access, security, data integrity, and system performance to ensure a secure and reliable Salesforce environment.

Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and promoting adoption of Salesforce best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with evolving business needs and organizational goals.
