Maintenance Technician - Make Ready - Bexley at Left Bank

1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience

EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!

Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work

Experience using hand and power tools

Pay:

starting at $19/hour

|

$20/hour (if you are or when you become EPA certified)

On-call pay:

$150/week (calls or no calls)

Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments

Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed

Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis

Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas

Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
