The Senior Health & Safety Specialist \u2013 Programs plays a vital role in supporting safe, reliable operations and advancing EPCOR USA\u2019s Health & Safety strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to design, enhance, and deliver programs that help identify and control hazards, strengthen incident response, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will also help shape a proactive safety culture by providing expertise, tools, and guidance to internal and external partners.

What you\u2019ll be responsible for
Lead and manage EPCOR USA\u2019s Contractor Safety Management Program, ensuring consistent evaluation, onboarding, training, and oversight of all contract partners.
Develop and maintain contractor safety standards, including prequalification criteria, performance expectations, and field execution requirements.
Partner closely with Procurement, Operations, and Project teams to embed safety processes throughout the contracting lifecycle.
