Quality Engineer – Distribution Center

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Experience in manufacturing quality, process engineering, or related technical roles.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3 etc.).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

The Quality Engineer ensures product integrity, compliance, and customer protection within the Distribution Center by maintaining strict control of nonconforming product, leading investigations for customer complaints related to shipping errors or transportation damage and sustaining the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

The role drives corrective and preventive actions, supports internal audits, strengthens logistics processes, and promotes a culture of quality ownership across warehouse and shipping operations.

Maintain the

identification, segregation, documentation, and disposition

of nonconforming product within the DC.
