Executive Communications & Ghostwriting

Internal Voice: Draft compelling, authentic internal emails and Slack announcements that align with the company’s culture and strategic goals. Partner with Head of Employee Comms.

Customer-Facing Voice: Draft customer-facing communications to customers, prospects, partners, and more.

External Presence: Manage the CEO’s public profile, specifically LinkedIn; draft thought-leadership posts, engage with industry peers, and monitor trends.

High-Profile Events: Script and storyboard content for keynotes, industry panels, and quarterly employee meetings. Partner with the Chief of Communications and Chief Strategy Officer.

position that will amplify the CEO’s reach, maximize their time, and manage their most critical professional relationships.

You will act as the voice of the CEO across internal and external platforms. You will simultaneously serve as a strategic advisor - using instinct and critical thinking to identify emerging issues before they become problems and ensure the CEO is always one step ahead.
