As a Softlines Manager, you will lead the Apparel and Footwear areas with a strong balance of people leadership and operational execution.

Each day, you will translate sales trends, merchandise strategies, and operational priorities into clear plans that drive results on the sales floor.

Your focus on standards, presentation, and execution will help create an engaging shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

You will own department performance by developing talent, managing labor, and ensuring visual and merchandising excellence.

You will also partner with store leadership to execute company initiatives, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how the business operates.
