Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, technical support, or customer service.

Experience troubleshooting HR systems such as HRIS, applicant tracking, or learning management systems.

Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while meeting service level agreements.
