In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Senior to join our Finance team.
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in preparing and filing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting both internal and external reporting processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact finance team at a time of significant transition, where you will be closely involved in the financial reporting and governance that are critical to the company’s evolving needs.
Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Assist in the interpretation and application of U.S.
GAAP and SEC regulations to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
Prepare and book monthly stock-based compensation journal entries in accordance with U.S.
