Required

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Internal candidates

seeking promotion must have completed a minimum of six months in their current role before becoming eligible for consideration. Additionally, they should have no more than 5 points and no corrective actions in the last 6 months.

We are seeking a Tower Technician to support the core operations of our vertical farm by performing regular cleaning and maintenance of tower structures, irrigation components, and lighting systems. This role is vital to ensuring optimal plant growth, food safety, and operational efficiency. You’ll also receive training in automation systems, scissor lift operation, and food safety protocols—making this a great entry-level opportunity for a future in agricultural technology or plant science.

Tower Cleaning & Maintenance

- Clean, sanitize, and maintain vertical grow towers in accordance with established protocols.

- Perform regular cleaning and inspection of LED lighting systems.

- Conduct inspection and basic maintenance of tower-based irrigation systems, ensuring proper water delivery and nozzle function.
