You'll be the friendly face who anticipates needs, keeps things running smoothly, and ensures everyone gets their medications safely and on schedule—all while working under the guidance of our licensed nursing team.

*Be the Personal Care MVP**: Jump in to help residents with their daily needs—bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and everything in between—with genuine attention to the little things that matter (combed hair, tied shoes, fresh breath!).

*Stay One Step Ahead**: Keep your eyes open for anything that needs attention—whether it's hygiene needs, broken glasses, a new rash, or missing hearing aids—and let your supervisor know right away.

*Master the Medication Routine**: Help residents with their prescribed daily medications following all state laws and established procedures.

Double-check everything (right resident, right dose, right time, right medication, right route!), flag any concerns with the RN/LPN, and document refusals or questions promptly.
