This role is for a master-level editor who lives and breathes YouTube culture, capable of transforming raw multi-cam reaction feeds into hyper-engaging content that keeps millions of viewers locked in.

Cut and assemble raw multi-cam reaction footage, seamlessly balancing primary talent commentary, PIP source media, and visual punch-ins.

Engineer high-retention video intros and hooks that immediately fulfill title and thumbnail promises within the first 30 seconds.

Execute hyper-fast pacing, comedic timing, and visual pop-ups, including kinetic typography, memes, and custom tracking graphics.

Perform high-quality sound design, including impactful SFX, dynamic music ducking, and precise audio balancing for voice clarity.
