Responsibilities
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will establish and lead the FP&A function at Clark Construction Management. This role is responsible for building the financial planning infrastructure required to support a growing construction management platform, including budgeting, forecasting, project performance analysis, and KPI reporting.
The position serves as the analytical partner to the CFO and operational leadership. The role translates project and operational data into financial insights that support disciplined decision-making, capital allocation, and risk management across the business.
This individual will build standardized reporting frameworks for project performance, backlog visibility, and margin tracking across CCM’s portfolio of projects.
The role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of building financial models, implementing reporting discipline, and partnering closely with project managers and operations leadership.
