Requirements

The ideal customer service representative is devoted to the satisfaction of the customer. They dedicate their full attention to each customer: regardless of the length of the call. The most important thing is that the customer feels that you do everything in your power to assist them.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in over the phone customer service;

Minimum of a High School Diploma;

Job stability;

Good communication skills;

Strong fluency in English (spoken ) is required in order to interact with clients outside of Quebec; Intermediate proficiency in French required (spoken);

Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls and take orders;

Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries;

Advise customers on products;

Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed;

Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude;

Executing any additional tasks related to Customer Service.
