• Prior golf course experience preferred but not required

The position requires flexibility in scheduling, the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, and the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, and operating equipment safely while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

is responsible for maintaining the daily readiness, cleanliness, and safe operation of the golf cart fleet and cart staging areas.

This includes inspecting carts before and after use, ensuring proper fuel or charge levels, refilling sand bottles, performing routine preventative maintenance, monitoring tire pressure, washing carts, and maintaining a clean and organized cart facility.

The position also requires accurate documentation of maintenance, proper sorting of recyclables, and completion of all opening and closing procedures while adhering to health, safety, and organizational standards.

In addition to equipment responsibilities, the role supports golf course operations and guest service by assisting with on-time starts, monitoring pace of play, providing guidance on course etiquette, and promptly reporting or helping resolve any issues that arise on the course.

The attendant is expected to work cooperatively with staff, maintain a professional and positive demeanor, comply with all policies and safety regulations, and assist with special events, meetings, and other duties as assigned.
