Team Lead – Railway Operations

To join our team:

You have at least 2 years of experience in team management and know how to engage employees around operational priorities.

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or production environment, including operating heavy equipment (loaders, cranes, shuttle trains).

You are highly disciplined and committed to strictly following safety procedures and railway regulations.

You are recognized for your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with your team (French required).

You are comfortable working outdoors in a dynamic environment, regardless of weather conditions.

Team Lead

to join the railway operations team in Montréal-Est, Québec,

Monday to Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily field activities, mobilizing the team, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of railway switching operations.
