Operations Associate: Addis Ababa

Professional Experience:

3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or high-impact coordination roles, with clear evidence of ownership and results. Experience working closely with senior leadership or contributing to high-visibility projects is strongly preferred.

High-Performance Environment Experience:

Experience operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments such as consulting, startups, or similarly rigorous settings, with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under pressure.

Execution and Problem-Solving:

Strong ability to translate ambiguous priorities into structured plans and drive execution with clear follow-through. Demonstrated bias toward action and ability to deliver high-quality outputs in fast-changing environments.

The

Operations Associate

will work directly with the Country General Manager and play a central role in driving the execution of key priorities across the organization.

Acting as a strategic coordination partner to the GM, the role helps translate leadership priorities into well-organised projects, decisions, and follow-through across teams.
